Oakferry Games Inc. does not collect, store, sell, share or transmit personal data from anyone who plays our games. There are no accounts, no advertising, no analytics and no third-party SDKs in any title we ship.
01Who we are
Oakferry Games Inc. is an independent games studio founded in 2026. This policy covers our website and every game we publish, including Kazujitsu. We are the data controller for the purposes of the UK GDPR and the EU General Data Protection Regulation.
02What our games collect
Nothing. Our games contain no accounts, no login, no advertising identifiers, no analytics, no crash reporting and no third-party software development kits. They make no network requests during play.
Game progress — experience points, belts, streaks and similar — is written to local storage on your own device. It never leaves the device, is never transmitted to us, and we have no way to read it. Deleting the app, or clearing your browser data, permanently erases it. Because there is no account behind it, we cannot restore progress that has been deleted.
03Children
Some of our games are made for children. Because we collect no personal information from anyone, we collect none from children, and we do not knowingly hold data about any child. We serve no advertising, and our games contain nothing that lets a child communicate with strangers or make a purchase.
That is how we comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and equivalent rules elsewhere: by collecting nothing at all, rather than by obtaining consent.
Each game states its own intended audience in its own privacy policy. For Kazujitsu, see kazujitsu.com/privacy.
04What our web hosting sees
Our websites are served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare's servers process standard technical request data — including IP addresses — for the purpose of delivering pages and protecting against abuse. This is a normal function of serving a website and happens before our code runs.
We have not enabled analytics of any kind, we set no cookies, and we do not receive, retain or use this hosting data. Cloudflare processes it under its own terms as our infrastructure provider.
05If you email us
When you write to us for support or any other reason, we necessarily receive your email address and whatever you choose to put in the message. We use it only to reply, and we keep correspondence no longer than we need it to resolve the matter. We never add anyone to a mailing list, and we never pass correspondence to a third party.
06Your rights
Data protection law gives you rights to access, correct, delete, restrict and port personal data we hold about you, and to object to its processing. In our case there is generally nothing to exercise these rights against, because we hold nothing — the exception is any email correspondence you have sent us.
To make a request, or to complain about how we have handled your data, email us at the address in section 08. If you are in the UK or the EU and are unsatisfied with our response, you may also complain to your national data protection authority.
07Changes to this policy
If we ever change what our games do — for example, by adding a feature that genuinely requires data — we will update this page and change the effective date above before that feature ships. We will not begin collecting data quietly under an old policy.
