Legal · Orbit Dash privacy

Orbit Dash collects nothing, and contains no purchases or advertising at all.

Orbit Dash is a one-tap arcade game with no accounts, no purchases, no advertising and no network access. This page explains exactly what stays on your device.

Effective 8 August 2026 Tap to reverse. Dodge spikes. Grab gems.

Oakferry Games Inc. does not collect, store, sell, share or transmit personal data from anyone who plays Orbit Dash. This page is the game-specific policy; the studio-wide policy is at oakferry.com/privacy.

01What the game collects

Nothing. Orbit Dash has no account, no login, no advertising identifier, no analytics and no third-party software development kit.

Your best score is written to your device's local storage and stays there. It is never transmitted, and we have no way to read it. Deleting the app erases it permanently.

02Purchases and advertising

There are none. Orbit Dash is free, contains no in-app purchases and no subscriptions, and shows no advertising. An advertising system built during development was removed entirely before release; no ad software ships in the app and none of its code runs.

03Network access

Orbit Dash makes no network requests during play. The only outbound link is the one to this policy, which opens in your browser when you tap it. The game behaves identically in airplane mode.

04Children

Because Orbit Dash collects no personal information from anyone, it collects none from children. There is no advertising, no chat and no way to spend money in the app.

05If you email us

When you write to us for support we necessarily receive your email address and whatever you put in the message. We use it only to reply, and keep correspondence no longer than we need to resolve the matter. We never add anyone to a mailing list and never pass correspondence to a third party.

06Your rights

Data protection law gives you rights to access, correct, delete, restrict and port personal data we hold about you. In our case there is generally nothing to exercise them against, because we hold nothing — the exception is any email you have sent us.

To make a request, email the address below. If you are in the UK or the EU and are unsatisfied with our response, you may also complain to your national data protection authority.

07Changes to this policy

If the game ever changes what it does — for example by adding a feature that genuinely requires data — we will update this page and change the effective date above before that version ships. We will not begin collecting data quietly under an old policy.
